Welcome, and thank you for visitingour wedding website!
If you had told us when we met on the Peace Boat that we’d be here today, surrounded by the people we love most, we might not have believed you! Our journey across the sea was just the start of a much longer journey—one that spanned miles and time zones. We are forever grateful for the love and support from our family and friends that helped us bridge the distance.
We cannot wait to share this long-awaited day with you. It marks the start of many more years together, and we are thrilled to have you there for the first chapter of our married life.
- Train: Closest Station is Bexleyheath on the Southeastern (30mins from London Bridge in Zone 5). Approx. 20-25mins walk from the station
- Alternatively you can get off at Welling Station and take the 486/89/B16 bus to Crook Log Leisure Centre (10mins walk from bus stop).
- Car: You can park inside Danson Park, in front of Danson Stables (£4 fee may apply).
- Alternatively Uber is a good option, especially for the return journey.
Danson Stables / Ceremony
Reception @ Danson Stables: Grade-II listed building, built in the 1700s and originally a stable block
- Standing buffet style finger foods
- Drinks includes some wine, beer and soft drinks (if you would like something else, you can order at the bar separately)
- Nothing too formal but will have some speeches, cake cutting around 6-7pm and hopefully a bit of dancing after
- There is no cloak room, but we make space to put bags and coats.
Dress code
- Casual elegance! Not strict or too formal and so come in your own style!
- We will decorate with Green, Rose Gold and White but no need to stress about matching it for your dress (only if you want to)!
- We will prepare small fabric floral accessaries/corsages/hair-pieces for you to put on with these colors on the day (and for you to keep).
Wedding Gift
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!
But for those who have expressed an interest, we have started a honeymoon fund and your contribution would be sincerely appreciated.
After starting our journey at sea, we can’t wait to explore new shores together as a married couple! Your contribution would help make our honeymoon truly unforgettable!
